Our Palm Springs hotel offers its visitors a deluxe hotel room with king bed.  The king bed is decked-out with 450 thread count sheets and a down comforter.  You have a small refrigerator to keep snacks and drinks cool.  We also provide a microwave and coffee maker in each of our rooms. 

These Palm Springs hotel rooms are great for business travelers because they have a desk, free wireless internet service, in-room electrical safes, cordless phones and an alarm clock so you are sure to make your important meetings.  The room has a 27 inch color TV with a DVD and CD player so you can keep up with the current news or your favorite shows.  Select rooms include a full size couch pull out sofa sleeper in the living room area so you can really stretch out in front of the entertainment center, ask us to check availability  There is a shower and tub combo in bathroom with a hair dryer and we also provide an iron and ironing-board to keep you looking sharp.

All rooms at our hotel in Palm Springs have a view of the enchanting patio garden and pool area. Some Palm Springs rooms have views of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains that surround the 7 Springs Inn and Suites.

Policies
  • All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges of $20 per person, per night plus tax.
  • Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
  • A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card you are using to guarantee your stay are required at time of check-in.
  • All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Friendly pets fewer than 35 pounds are welcome but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $20 fee per pet per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is in any way aggressive and in any way makes our other guests uncomfortable.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations under $2,000 require a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax. You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

Reservations over $2,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit which may be paid via check or cash. The balance of the reservation must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation via check or cash. There are no refunds on reservations over $2,000.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 per room for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
