Our Palm Springs resort large studio suite is perfect for your Palm Springs vacation.  With this sizeable studio you'll have the opportunity to step out onto your balcony and take a breath of the remarkably fresh desert air.

For your comfort and relaxation there is a king bed with downy soft 450 thread count sheets, along with a cushy down comforter.  If you enjoy cooking there is a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, microwave, oven and everything you need to prepare a delicious feast.  Some of our one king studio suites have a choice of shower or shower/tub combo. So, please don't hesitate to ask.  An entertainment center features a 27" TV with CD/DVD. 

For the business traveler, there is a comfortable work station with desk and chair, along with wireless Internet access.   And to keep those slacks, shirts and skirts wrinkle free, an ironing board and iron are included.

Additional amenities include electronic in-room safes, alarm clock radios, cordless telephones, hair dryers. All rooms throughout our Palm Springs hotel are non-smoking.

Policies
  • All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra person charges of $20 per person, per night plus tax.
  • Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) will be provided based on availability and should be requested at the time of booking. A fee of $20 per night per item will apply.
  • A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card you are using to guarantee your stay are required at time of check-in.
  • All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests made via this Web site cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
  • Friendly pets fewer than 35 pounds are welcome but must be registered in writing at time of check-in. There is a $20 fee per pet per night. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if your pet is in any way aggressive and in any way makes our other guests uncomfortable.
  • Check-in time is 3 PM.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • All rooms are non-smoking.Smoking is allowed in the common areas.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations under $2,000 require a deposit equal to one night’s stay plus tax. You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days prior to your arrival date for a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date will cause your deposit to be forfeited.

Reservations over $2,000 require a 50% non-refundable deposit which may be paid via check or cash. The balance of the reservation must be paid 10 days prior to the reservation via check or cash. There are no refunds on reservations over $2,000.

A credit card authorization will be obtained, upon check-in, for the amount equal to the current room balance plus $100.00 per room for incidentals which may include room damage, phone calls, pet fees, and extra person charges.
